the hotel has some sticky carpet, ugh, and the couch looked like it had seen better days, absoultely not acceptable for such a so-called 'establishment. ' i expected an upgrade for such inconveniences, yet was treated like a nobody. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t manage that with how they disregarded my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlotte Pineville. The staff, especially the welcoming receptionist, truly made me feel at home. The breakfast was not only delicious but also included a nice variety of options. The room was spotless with thoughtful touches, and the location was perfect for my needs.

The room was very clean & the staff were friendly. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast which they claimed was a bit delayed due to vendors, but it was still good when I had it. They started making some real nice scrambled eggs that I enjoyed.

It wasn't the most inexpensive option available, but it was still acceptable for what we got.
